Dusseldorf Messe was founded back in 1947 and is currently one of the largest exhibition venues in Germany, contributing to the development of many industries. Visitors from over 190 countries gather in the exhibition grounds every year for more than 40 trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, congresses, and special events. Messe Dusseldorf is known for its unmatched location with all facilities at hand and everything needed nearby. The expo centre offers a full-circle of services to trade fair participants. The staff works alongside partners, journalists, stand builders, and guest organizers to provide an unmatching experience. Additionally, the company works with local subsidiaries across the world to offer the same unmatched experience worldwide.
In 2017 began the construction of a new South Entrance, which temporarily affected the venue capacity. Currently, the total space is about 291 580 m². The 17 exhibition halls take up 248 583 m² and the outdoor area averages 43 000 m². Whether you’re planning a small trade fair of a big special event, the expo centre is flexible enough to turn your ideas into reality. The expo is located in the heart of Europe and 10 minutes from Dusseldorf Airport that offers more than 190 destinations across the planet. Outside of trade fairs and expo halls, being positioned in Dusseldorf means that all visitors can enjoy the richness of the local culture, art and the infamous Königsallee. Some of the biggest trade fairs which take place in Messe Dusseldorf include A+A, boot Dusseldorf, EuroShop, ProWein, MEDICA, interpack and more.
