One of the most important in southern Germany and the third-largest exhibition venue in Bavaria, Messe Augsburg is famous for its professionalism, quality of services and establishments, and flexibility. In addition to Munich and Nuremberg, Messe Augsburg services the economic area of Augsburg and Swabia by organizing international and national trade fairs and events of varying size and nature. The expo centre is a renowned location chosen to host many events and international guests. From leading exhibitions such as GrindTec and Interlift to small trade fairs, company events, and concerts - the congress centre can handle it all.

At the moment, the exhibition centre contains 12 halls with a total space of 48,000 m². Additionally, there are some 10,000 m² of open exhibition areas that are flexible enough for any type of outdoor event. There is also a modular congress centre and a conference hall that spans across 2,200 m². In 2009 two additional halls opened their doors to visitors and exhibitors - Hall 5 and 6 take up to 7,800 m² of space and implement cutting-edge energy-saving technology. All exhibition spaces are highly functional, customizable and flexible enough to fit an event of any nature. The venue offers interconnected as well as individual spaces. The Messe is located right next to the B17 highway and is reachable by train via Augsburg Messe station.
